Rule in Mail to answer and forward a mail automatically seems impossible

I want to send all mails from a specific account back to sender, with an automatic note and at the same time forward it to someone else. Each in itself is easy. But you cannot combine it in one rule - if your first command is "answer" forwarding is greyed out and vice versa. If I write two separate rules, one for answering, one for forwarding it will do only one of them, I believe the one that is top of the list.

I couldn’t find anything that specific in various communities. So here I am… clueless. Thanks for your help.
