Undo iTunes match which changed versions of my music to different ones

I have uploaded a lot of music from CDs over the years and then added them to my iTunes library on my phone. I recently got a new phone and used the cloud as my backup. Now many of the songs are different versions than the originals I uploaded and I do not want that at all. Can I delete iTunes match to get back the originals? I did not ever request the iTunes Match service in the first place and I hate that they just change the album covers, titles, and even the song itself!

iPhone SE, iOS 9.3.4

Greetings maddiejoanna,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities and congratulations on your new iPhone! Getting a new iPhone is very exciting.

I see that you have uploaded music from CDs to your iTunes library over the years, and after you restored your iPhone, many of the songs are different versions than the originals. You'd like to disable iTunes Match (or, potentially, iCloud Music Library as they provide similar functionality) and get the original songs back. I completely understand. I want to help you get your original songs back.

You'll need to disable iTunes Match, iCloud Music Library, or both as necessary in iTunes and on your iPhone. The following articles will help you locate the iTunes Match and iCloud Music Library setting on each device. Just make sure that you are turning each off:

Use iTunes Match on your computer, iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Use your Apple Music membership to get your music on all of your devices

Additionally, should you prefer not to use these services, you can use the following page to verify that the necessary subscriptions have been cancelled:

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions

Best Regards.

Okay so I do not even have iTunes match turned on at all. I have Apple Music and iCloud Music Library activated. The ICML has changed and reverted my songs to different versions and actually 'lost' or 'cannot find' some of my music. I want to disable ICML, as I have a 64g phone that can store a lot of music.

Will I be able to continue the Apple Music service, where I can download songs and listen to them offline? I only have one Apple device, being my phone, and I do not need the services the Cloud provides where you can access music on multiple devices. I just want all my music on my one phone, not in a cloud, and be able to listen to the music offline or in airplane mode.
