Q: Apple School Manager

Been using the new "Apple School manager" to upload test students. First time it worked. Added another student via the SFTP service using CSV and it has been spinning on "importing data from SFTP" past 8 days. No option to cancel it. Called Support number for this service and the person knows nothing about it.

Any ideas, or support numbers for Australia?
