Q: iphone 5 screen is messed up after iOS 9.3.5 update

I'm having trouble with my iPhone 5s after downloading the iOS 9.3.5 update.  The screen is pixelated and doesn't hold a charge well and overall isn't working well at all.  I've never had a problem with this phone before.  Any suggestions?
