Q: Can I change the background of the piano roll in garageband?

Is there a way to change the background color of the piano rollin Garageband? I saw several posts talking about a new feature in Logic Pro that allows this.

I can barely see it and anyone who is visually impaired would find it very difficult to see the beat lines.
