family setup

I setup my family, and registered for the Apple Music family plan. For some reason, one of my family members cannot get Apple Music (on her iPhone 6) without signing up for a 3 month trial. I expected she would just "see" that its already been setup (since she's part of our established "Family" in iTunes).

Anyone have an idea how to check the signup status (ie: did I maybe sign up for an individual) ? Does she need to do something to start enjoying Apple Music ?

To confirm your family membership for Apple Music:



If your family member has not already accepted the 3 month free trial, ask them to instead tap on the "Already a member?" link if it is available on the initial Apple Music screen and then to sign in with their Apple ID.
