Activation Lock?

I bought an iPhone 6 Plus from someone but cant access the phone due to activation lock. I tried to contact the seller but he won't contact me back. is there another way to access the phone?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3.5

The Activation Lock can only be removed using the original Apple ID. You will have to contact the person who purchased the iPhone from.

The ONLY possible solution has already been posted.

There is no way to bypass the activation lock.

You must have the credentials for the account used to lock it, or you must be able to present Apple with the original proof of purchase for the phone from an authorized source.
