I never installed any similar software as Mackeeper, it just keeps jumping up the webpage to suggest me to install it ,very annoyed.And about the Time Machine ,Ididn't have the good habits of backing up....so is there any other way to get back my Sessions website ?

If the pop-up reloads, force quit Safari (command - option/alt - esc) and reopen with the shift key held down. If that doesn't work, disconnect from the Internet, go to Safari/History and delete the website. Quit and reopen with the shift key held down.
Without a backup, there is no way to recover the data.
