Apple WatchHi,
The only way to restore your iPhone is using the same Apple ID it's associated with.
Just so you aware, in the future, you are responsible for maintaining your Apple ID. Not Apple.

Sep 6, 2016 8:07 PM in response to caffienatedteenby gail from maine,You need to work on figuring out what your Apple ID password is. Without that, you cannot turn off the Find My iPhone Activation Lock.
If you have the original receipt for the device, and ID, then you can try taking it to the nearest Apple Store to see if they can remove the lock.
If they cannot, then you are out of luck.
Sorry

Sep 6, 2016 8:29 PM in response to caffienatedteenby gail from maine,If you know the password, and the device is connected to Wifi, see if you can erase it remotely via iCloud.com. Go to iCloud.com on a computer and sign in with your Apple ID and password. Click on Find My iPhone, select your device, and click on Erase. See if it will let you erase the device. If it does, then once it is erased, you can sign in with your new Apple ID.
Best of luck,
