Q: iTunes zoomed out and disproportionate

iTunes was fine until I updated to 12.4.3 then itunes was zoomed out. I am running windows 10 and I went in and changed the scaling. That did not do anything. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the software but got nowhere. Does anyone have the same issue?
