I have a gifted ipad. It has been used with findmyiphone. I do not have access to the apple id used to link this device. What can i do?

Unless you know someone who does or the iPad’s original owner, nothing. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure.

If you were given this device or purchased it second-hand, you will need to contact the original owner to have them remove the device from their account.
You can ask the person who gifted the iPad to you to give you the Apple ID and password that the iPad is locked to. That is the only way to remove the Activation Lock.
