Q: iCloud music / iTunes Match not uploading in iTunes correctly

I have both Apple Music and iTunes Match.  I am experiencing something that is happening to at least 20 tracks and anything new I try to upload.  I added music to iTunes 20 of the tracks are mixes which are about an hour long.  About half of them uploaded and I am able to listen on my phone. The other show up on my phone but when I click on them it states "Item not available" there are still clouds next to them in iTunes but leaving my computer on all day it is not manually uploading. I tried to upload more tracks to get the iTunes activity in the top right hand corner but it just keeps turning not doing anything.  Its trying to "match" the song but it never completes.
