Q: Broke the screen of my Apple Watch

I am an Apple fan in Malaysia and was very satisfy with Apple products in the past until i broke my Apple Watch which i wore for only ONE week.

I had a fall when holding my iPhone 6s plus on the same hand where i was wearing my Apple Watch. My watch crashed and my iPhone 6s plus is safe.

In Malaysia, there is no Insurance or warranty to cover the physical damages and was advised by the authorised service centre (Switch) with a stupid "Replacement Plan" which cost me almost a new watch.  USD17 difference to get the same new watch!

Logged on to Apple.com but the serial number entered has been rejected.  I got nowhere and no one to help in fixing this.  Should I just get the part online to fix it or what?

Can anyone give advice?
