Low disc space due to High volume of photos

good morning guys!

i Have following problem. Although I have something around 9 photos In my camera roll, the usage menu in settings shows that my photos and movies have more that 3,5GB - I dont use photos stream, I deleted photos from "Recently Deleted" folder - any idea why it is like that? See screen shots

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iOS 5.0.1

Did you already try to connect to your computer and restore the phone again from the latest backup?

Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
