they exist. Otherwise all authorized retailers of their products will appear; in
some cases the Country or Region may not show certain Countries; so that
is when you may need to search using Other Countries (such as Asia, etc.)
There appears to be a few Official Apple Stores in your urban area; not
sure how they're distributed in your Provence. (Only one in all of AK-US.)
And I've noticed the word 'certified' is not used in the country pages, at least
not when looking through them starting from the US site.
The link from main Contact Apple page will also show Sales, Service, Training:

If one should choose to seek another country from ones own country/region page
a click on the name of your locality (lower right) changes page to Country Selector.

I've looked up & found some rather obscure Locations for authorized resellers in
lands where no Official Apple stores exist; while independent resellers are there.
The page does not display only the Apple official Retail locations.
