That shouldn't happen with easy-to-use products now should it? There should not be a nice surprise like that when enrolling in one of their products. Yes a child can use Apple products lol but a small child cannot troubleshoot glitches or debug programs. I wasn't asking for brilliant answers like "even a small child can use Apple products", which is exactly what my 9-year old said.

Well why don't you said so right at the beginning instead of
"Why are Apple products similar to punishment when navigating their confusing instructions for most if not all of their products?"
