Confused
Why are Apple products similar to punishment when navigating their confusing instructions for most if not all of their products?

You sound confused.
Can you be more specific on where you are confused about.
FWIW, even a small child can use Apple products.
Lol I am a little bit. I am using Apple Music and sharing with my wife but when I signed up, it erased her music on her phone. That shouldn't happen with easy-to-use products now should it? There should not be a nice surprise like that when enrolling in one of their products. Yes a child can use Apple products lol but a small child cannot troubleshoot glitches or debug programs. I wasn't asking for brilliant answers like "even a small child can use Apple products", which is exactly what my 9-year old said.

Well why don't you said so right at the beginning instead of
"Why are Apple products similar to punishment when navigating their confusing instructions for most if not all of their products?"
Read here:
"3. If you already have music on your device, you're asked if you want to Merge or Replace the music. To add the songs currently on your device to your library, choose Merge.* If you choose Replace, the music in your Apple Music library replaces all of the music on your device."

Thanks, ckuan, for your input and help with my issue. I didn't say at first because I was really just speaking in general terms about the confusing or not so clear steps/instructions on certain devices. It is not always clear on how to set up some products. Anyway, it was more of a rhetorical question than an issue. Btw, we figured out her problem why she wasn't getting our music, and she did not have, on her phone, a setting turned on! Simple as that!

You're welcome.
