Q: Need help with Activation Lock

So I made a huge mistake in I hard reset my phone through recovery mode on iTunes. The reason was to get the iCloud account off my iPhone. I got this iCloud account a really long time ago. It ends in @qmail.com (not gmail) which in my knowledge, is not an email website. I also forgot the password since it was very long time ago. So now it has an activation lock, and none of the idevices i have have find my iPhone enabled. What should I do?
