Not recieving Apple ID verification SMS

Dear support,

I am using Ufone Cellular company from Pakistan (Middle East Region) with a number that is port out from Mobilink Pakistan. My issue is that I m not recieving SMS on my phone to verify my number on Apple ID.

Please guide me in this regard, earlier I was using the same number on my apple ID but recently it was accidentally removed.
