Q: Glass Replacement for MBP 13" Mid-'14 Retina Display

I paid the few hundred dollars extra from non-retina to retina display for a bit more processing power, but mostly for the display. A few months in, I got what is apparently called "a dust scratch" right in the middle of the screen. I brought it in, but it wasn't covered under the warranty (which makes sense.) I thought I could put up with it for a while, so I waited a year or two until now. I did some googling the other day which let me know older models of macbooks have a glass cover over the lcd display, that you can just suction cup off and replace without paying the $300 for an entirely new top of the computer. Now I want to know if I can just do that on my computer (Mid-2014 13" Retina Display MBP), or if they only way is to replace the top. (and I'm no longer under warranty.)
