Add netgroup in localgroup

Hi, i have openLDAP server and i want group LDAP add in local group "admin":

Mac-mini:~ root# id tech.dept

uid=1395(tech.dept) gid=26(_lp) groups=26(_lp),12(everyone),62(netaccounts),701(com.apple.sharepoint.group.1),7 02(com.apple.sharepoint.group.2)

Mac-mini:~ root# dseditgroup -o edit -a tech.dept -t group admin

Could not add member to group.

How to fix it?
