map has no voice in the car

When I put in a map location, my phone will give me turn by turn directions until I get in the car. It is connected to my car's blue tooth and phone calls come fine, but not the map voice.

I found he turn buzz on the Apple Watch to be not helpful, but that will work.

How can I dissassociate the map voice from my car's bluetooth, or how can I get it work with the car. It use to work with the car just fine, but something changed, and it is not any thing I did.
