Export Autocomplete addresses

My PC was stolen a week ago, and on that PC I had my complete customer contact register. These contacts was for some reason not synched with the Exchange server where I work, and I ended up loosing all of them since they only were stored locally on the PC. Which means I don't have any of the contacts synched to my iPhone.

After a while of trying to figure out if there was a way I could get my contacts back, I noticed that most of them showed up in the autocomplete on my Exhange account on my phone. The account was setup through the Mail app, and no fancy 3rd party app or something.

And thats what I'm wondering here, is there any way to export these contacts from the autocomplete section of the Exchange account on my iPhone?
