Q: Does Siri work properly?

If my iPhone is locked with my fingerprint it is expected not be used unless it is unlocked by me: why is it possible to use Siri to make a call while the iPhone is locked? if someone steals my iPhone he/she can call everywhere till I can block my iPhone by iCloud?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.4

How is Siri being used? Are you using YOUR finger to hold the home button? Has another person accessed Siri to make a phone call on your phone?

If you don't want Siri to be accessible when the screen is locked, turn that feature off. Settings>Touch ID & Passcode>Allow Access When Locked>Siri>Off.

Note that, if you put a registered finger on the Home button, it will unlock your phone if you're using Touch ID.
