iphone 6s won't turn on after software update

I started the software update (unsure of which version, although probably 9.3.5) on my Iphone 6s 2 hours ago and my phone will not turn back on. I've checked all of the connections, used a different cord, tried plugging up to pc and wall outlet- but nothing works.
