My mail, it may be called apple mail, it symbol is a stamp with a bird and is in my dock. The way I have it set
up is my Verizon email goes directly to this mail and my hotmail email goes directly to outlook express. Then
my apple mail would connect to outlook express, it used to work well, no problems. I didnt intend it be set this
way, that was the best way I could figure. 1st problem months ago: I could not reply to an email addressed to
hotmail while using apple mail. 2nd problem, more recent, I could not delete hotmail emails from trash. 3rd and
final problem, apple mail does not get any more hotmail emails. The reason stated is mail cannot connect to
outlook express, even months ago when I had only the 1st problem.
I am about to move out of state in a month or so and will probably loose my verizon email. I want to disconnect
outlook express from mail and empty the trash of mail, over 1000 emails in trash. I will worry about configuring
this email better when I get set up in my new home. Is this the best way to solve this, if so, how do I do this?
