Q: How can I access to my Apple ID if the email registered is the same at the App Store, and I dont remember the password?

I'm talking about my secundary App ID (iPhone). My Apple ID is a free iCloud account. I don't remember the password and when I try in iforgot.apple.com the only way to unblock the account is by answering the security questions (which I don't remember) and by receiving an email to may @icloud.com account, which I can't read because I dont remember the password... So i'm in a "loop" of not-having-how to enter to my iCloud email nor iphone.

How am I supposed to recover my password if I don't have an alternate email to receive instructions and i can't enter my iCloud email??

There's no way I can reach anyone in apple.
