Go to each of the areas you don't want to receive email from and click the Following button at the top right corner; if you're running ad-blocking software, you may need to temporarily disable it.

If desired, you can instead click here and turn off the email notifications completely.

how do I stop eating e mails

As a very picky consumer of goods, services, and edibles

my selection is based on quality, source, green practices

& awareness of industry, ecological factors before eating.

Mine go down better with a grain of salt.

You are following a very active and respected user here - Illaass

    1. Choose your username at the top left of any page
    2. Choose "manage subscriptions" from the panel that appears
    3. Choose "People" from the subsequent page of your profile
    4. Choose "Following" on the line item for Illaass so that you are no longer following

IMHO, you do NOT want to turn OFF all notices of participation, but that is certainly your call.
