Q: Problem unlocking phone

I am a college student and just locked myself out of my phone. According to Apple, I need to use the computer that I last synced my phone to in order to backup my phone and restart it, but I live 8 hours from home and am not even sure where the laptop is. Is there any way that I can get the pictures off my phone? Would the Apple store be able to do anything to help? Thank you!

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Your only option is to restore your phone as new using a computer with iTunes on it.

There is nothing Apple can do to help you.

IF you don't know the passcode, or haven't been backing up to icloud or iTunes or using icloud photo library or photo streams there is no way to get the pics off your phone, it's too late for that.
