Caller ID photo not infull screen display

My contact and caller ID photos are appearing as thumbnails not full screen. How do I get them back to full screen mode?

This is an important issue due to my work!

Please help... Apple could not. Said it was an update issue , however all my family's phones were updated and their remained "Full Display.
