Q: iCal - only "all-day" event visible

I have been using iCal for my exchange and shared calendars with no issue for several months.

Now, all my events are invisible - not missing, I can still see all my events when I look at my calendar through Outlook -and I can only see the full day events on iCal. Even when I create a new event, it lets me put in the details, and when I save, it disappears, however, I can see that the event was saved successfully if I check the calendar through Outlook. All day events have no problem saving or displaying though.

This is happening on both my primary exchange calendar and the other shared calendars. I followed all the Troubleshooting steps online and still no luck.
