hey, I'm looking for help on how to restore lost notes in the Notes app. When I opened it this morning, my notes were all there in a list like normal but then I pressed something and it's showing me folders the notes are stored in (iCloud, on the phone, and gmail). Unfortunately, not all of my notes are there. I've checked my email account and some of the missing ones are there, but not all. Any ideas on how to restore ones that disappeared?

Have you tried signing out of your iCloud account, then signing back in?
Hmmm yes, I just tried this and didn't have any luck.
Are the notes visible at iCloud.com?
Go to iCloud.com using a computer and select Settings. When that page loads, look at the bottom left side under Advanced and see if you can restore from there.
The only thing available to restore on iCloud were calendar appointments and I tried restoring them just in case, with no luck for my notes. Thank you for the tip though!
Sounds like you might need to reach out to Apple Support (link at the bottom of the page).
