Is "Report Junk" in iMessage a real link?
It is my first time seeing " The sender is not in your contact list. Report Junk"
Is this a real iMessage Feature?
iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.5
It looks like a scam to me.

I have never encountered this before, but then I don't receive spam messages.
The Report Junk option is displayed outside of the message text bubble, so I don't believe it could be anything but legitimate. New feature?
Reporting junk has been an iMessage feature since iOS 8.3 (so to answer your question: yes)
