Mac Pro crashes when loading into El Capitan

I have a Mac Pro (2009 i think) it has dual Xeons, 32GB of DDR3 ram, and a Titan X.

Whenever i try loading into El Capitan it loads 3/4's of the way and freezes and crashes into a gray screen, then it tries to boot into El Capitan again. I have tried booting in Safe Mode (By holding Shift) and it does the same thing. I have tried booting into Recovery Mode, however the Mac just ignores my key inputs (except when i try booting into safe mode) and continues booting regularly and the same thing happens.

Any Fixes?

Mac Pro, iOS 9.3.4

How would I do a fresh download on the Hard Drive?

Is there any way to save data?

The same way you did the original download? Not sure exactly what you mean.

Saving your data will depend on the way the app developed. Some store ll the data in the application and some store it in your ~/Library > Application Support. I'd save both the app and any files in Application Support.

To try to save data:

- Boot to Recovery

About OS X Recovery - Apple Support

and then use Terminal to try to copy date to an external disk

Copying Files to External Hard Drive via Terminal?

- Connect an external disk that has no data and then boot to Recovery and install OSX on that external drive. Then boot from the external drive and try to recover data via FInder.

If can't do via FInder then try a disk recovery tool:

Try a disk recovery app:

you may be able to download a demo of Data Rescue 4, and the demo will give you an idea of what it can recover. If it looks promising, you then can buy the software.
