"Item Not Available"

I can't listen to Miike Snow's "Burial." That one makes sense because in its iTunes Store page the song is marked as "Album Only," and if the label only wanted users to hear the track if they purchased the album, I'm fine with that. But why can't I listen to "Anna Sun" by Walk the Moon? If I look at the store page for that album, it's actually less expensive than the other tracks because it's the lead single! And it's not album-only.

I posted this under the iOS forum, but it's exactly the same way on iTunes on my Mac.
