Q: Hide *other* iCloud Family Sharing members purchases in iOS Music app?

Thanks for your reply zinacef. (not my mum and dad but..) Yes, they both have separate Apple IDs, have Family Sharing set up, and are both members of the same Family Sharing 'organisation'.

But the info is disappointing:

"To hide or unhide purchased music, movies, TV shows, and apps, use iTunes on a Mac or PC."

" You can only hide purchases you made with your own account, not items purchased by other members of your family group."

I was thinking of maybe asking 'Dad' to hide his purchases but...:

"When you hide an item on your computer, the item also hides from all of your other devices."

I can't replicate this, but it seems odd that, if you're part of a Family Sharing group, you have to endure other members music when using the iOS Music app in Shuffle mode.

I think that somehow, inadvertently, she is downloading the content, and that's what I need to focus on here.  I'll need to take a look at 'Mums' phone when i get a chance.

The best 'solution' I found in the link is for 'Dad' to "...Make sure that Share my purchases is [Off].", which kind of defeats the object of Family Sharing!

Thanks for your help.  I've been a bit vague because I don't have the devices at hand to have a proper look.  Perhaps it's something silly. E.g. because the Music app is on Shuffle, and because other Family Members music automatically shows up on her phone (Is this how Family Sharing / Music works?), it's automatically downloaded?
