Q: Apple Office Apps for free not in my account

Hello,

ich bought an IPhone 6s. With this phone the Apple Office Apps should be included. But in the Apple Store i have to pay 10 € for each App.

My wife also bought an IPhone 6. At here Accout the Apps where free.

What can i do ??
