Requirements: Live streaming uses Apple’s HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) technology. HLS requires an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with Safari on iOS 7.0 or later, a Mac with Safari 6.0.5 or later on OS X v10.8.5 or later, or a PC with Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. Streaming via Apple TV requires an Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation) with software 6.2 or later or an Apple TV (4th generation).

It's working fine on my iPhone running iOS 9.3.5

Did you try closing Safari completely and then relaunch it?

Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps. Swipe left to find the app you want to close. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

What is happening? Describe it.

Try this ...

Tap Settings > Safari then swipe down and tap: Clear History & Website Data then restart your iPhone and try again.

Also make sure that Java Script is turned on in Settings>Safari>Advanced>Java Script>On.
