Why is the price of iPhone 7 much higher in Europe?

Dear Apple!

I am amazed by the newest products(iPhone 7, Apple watch etc.) and really look forward to purchasing them. However I really think it is unfair and wonder why the price is much higher in Europe than the original price(in USA) and other countries (e.g. UAE etc.)?

I would really appreciate your response!

As we are merely other Apple product users, we would have no idea what determines Apple's pricing policy.

Higher import taxes, sales (VAT) tax is included in price in Europe ;excluded in US), more strict/costly warranty and replacement regulations, dollar exchange rates, etc, etc.
