Q: I need to restore my old iphone?

I need to restore my old iphone, however the email address used in the apple id is old and no longer active. is there a way to restore the iphone without needing apple id. (also tried on a computer but need to disable find iphone, which we cannot do because it required apple id

Hi try to contact apple care hotline, there is always somebody to help you, they can help you to recover the access to your account even if your e-mail does not exist any more

You will need to recover your Apple ID by contacting Apple Account Security. You will not be able to restore the phone without the Apple ID.
