Q: my iphone 5s is deactive last 3 days ago and i try to reset the iphone but after reset i can't active it.please help me

last 3 days ago my i phone is struck at the lock screen.after switching it off,i found that it's frequently searching network.i tried to reset network setting but it doesn't work.then i erase and reset the iphone 5s.after reset i can't active the phone.please help me
