Disabled iphone 5S

My iphone is disabled, I've logged into itunes and changed password but my phone is still shown disabled on screen. How do I unlock it.

try this step If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
