Q: Recycle iPhone trade-in program?

My iPhone 6 is stuck on recovery mode so it's not working properly, can I trade-in my iPhone 6 through the Recycle iPhone trade-in program to receive credit towards my purchase of the new iPhone 7?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.5

    Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Community. I know how important it is to be able to rely on your iPhone working as expected, and I'd be happy to help you get yours running again as well as provide some info on the trade in programs currently available. 

    Since your iPhone is stuck in recovery mode, you'll want to try to restore using iTunes. It may be best to restart Recovery Mode manually. The article below will help you with manually starting Recovery Mode, and restoring:

    If you can‘t update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
     

    Just as a precaution, restoring will erase all data on you phone and re-install the operating system, so if you have a backup you will want to restore from that using the steps in the article below.

    As far as the trade in programs, have a look at this site to get all the details and a rough estimate of the trade in value of your current iPhone.
