Sold iPhone, stranger's images pop in my ipad

I got rid of my iPhone, but I didn't log it off Photos iCloud. Now every time the new owner takes selfies or pictures, they upload into my iPad. What can I do?

Change your passwords and accounts.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

Keep in mind..

If you simply change our password, the owner will one day face the activation lock if you had Find My Phone enabled on the device.
