What does it mean that I got an email from this address emailverified@message.com saying that I have a 90 percent full mailbox and won't be able to get emails?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), iOS 9.3.5

It is a site that provides useless means of keeping in touch with others. If you don't use it then disregard and delete the email you received since the email is spam.
