How to share internet from Thunderbolt ethernet (secured with 802.1X) over Wi-Fi on OS X?

Hi friends! I needed your help.

I get an error message when using the built in 'Internet Sharing' feature on OS X, that it is using 802.1X security, which is why I cannot share my internet connection.
On windows, it is pretty easy though. The new 'mobile hotspot' feature as well as 3rd party softwares like Connectify/MyPublicWiFi/OStoto also do the job, not being affected my the security.

It's a pity on apple if it is not possible on mac.

I'm posting a screenshot of the same:
