Q: Keyboard shortcut to change layout under El Capitan

I really want to be able to change the keyboard layout with a shortcut combination. Under El Capitan, under Keyboard Preferences, Shortcut, Input Sources there is the possibility only the possibility to choose Cmd+Space, but this shortcut is reserved for Spotlight. How could an own personalized shortcut combination to change the keyboard layout under El Capitan be defined?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

I think Spark cured this for another person and the same problem...

Thanks a lot for the information, but I actually do not want to install any extra software or use scripts. I guess there should be some way to do this in the El Capitan System?
