Q: Can't sign out of iCloud to the updated e-mail
My iCloud was logged in under an old e-mail. I changed my Apple ID email on the manage Apple ID website and it has gone through. My new iPhone has my new email iCloud. But on my mac computer, I can't change the old iCloud email to the new email. I think that is why my apps aren't synced.
Every option is disabled on my iCloud computer except to enter the password for my old account or to sign out. When I enter my password for the old account, nothing happens. When I try to sign out, it says I have to close all other synced devices-which is just my iPhone. I've tried shutting off the internet on my computer and shutting down my iPhone--still can't sign out. I just want to have the right iCloud account synced to my phone so I can translate data from a flashcard app on my computer to use on my phone!
