Bluetooth issues in iPhone SE

Hi,

I recently bought an IPhone SE and I have connected it with 2 of my Bluetooth devices

Moto Buds - Headphone

LG G Watch - Android Wear

Even when the Phone and the devices were close to each other, most of the times the devices get disconnected and I need to connect manually

Also for Android Wear, the app should be running in background in iPhone SE to sync up notifications

Kindly help
