As i know and see nowadays that face time became working in Saudi Arabia.

The problem is my iMessage is working fine but face time is not appear totally in my iPhone 7.

There is no FaceTime because the Saudi government doesn't allow Apple to include it there.

the face time was working with me since 4 years ago in Saudi

face time in KSA is not working only on the AE models, any other model its working perfectly

but since Sep. 05 its not working at all

it was working on Mac Ipad Iphone

I live in Saudi Arabia, FaceTime was working perfectly on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air, but since two days I don't know what happened, it stop function properly, I mean when I call to someone then the call is established successfully but the sound is not functioning well, I hear only the last word or letter of each sentence and also the same with the other party from the same call.

I did try it using VPN, but still not working as required, also the Saudi Government announced that there's no block of any kind. Here is the link from news in "Arabic Language" http://weam.co/423697

Please guys find a solution for this because I like to use FaceTime and only that.

What is the WiFi network you have? I think this problem with Zain. Have you tried another one like mobily or STC?

I'm using Mobily DIA over fiber connection, STC ADSL connection at home and STC 4G on my mobile, both are not working, and also my friend is using Zain 3G and it's the same, not working!

I Am fac the same thing here but it's working good with the vpn I am using hotsp shield

I Have also same issue with iphone and macbook as well. I checke will all networks even with vpn but still the same.

But its work of both devices are conn to same wifi. I tried everthing, even i restore but not functioning

I am also having this problem. I bought my iPhone outside KSA and have been able to use FaceTime since I moved to KSA last year no problem. I went on vacation from Sept1-11 and when I came back, I tried to use FaceTime and the screen was black and it was inaudible. What's going on? I contacted my phone company back in my home country and my phone service isn't the problem. I'm using wifi and can iMessage, no problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I've spent hours troubleshooting trying to figure out a way around this. I've turned my device off and on, logged out and back in, checked all the buttons, etc...
