Q: iPhone 5s, Macbook air and iMac not talk to each other

I updated my iPhone 5s to 9.3.5, my Macbook Air to Yosamite 10.10.5 and iMac to El Capitan now all my songs have disappeared form my phone. I can't get them to talk to each other to back up my phone and internet keeps dropping out on the iMac and Macbook Air. Used Macs since the 80s but now I'm so disappointed with Apple.

Any ideas other than using a cloud backup, please?

You can restore data on your iPhone from a backup > Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

It's not that difficult.

Restart your internet modem and Wi-Fi router.
